California produces over 88% of the country's strawberries and the combination of California 's warm, sunny days and cool, foggy nights provide a unique environment for growing the most delicious strawberries in the world.

Carlsbad Gourmet offers a one-of-a-kind line of high-quality spreads, sauces, dressings, vinegars, mustard's and other delicacies made with STRAWBERRIES and/or local San Diego products.

You can tell by the color that our product is superior to others. Typically, all other strawberry jams, jellies, preserves are made with more sugar than fruit. That is why we call our products Spreads, because we use less sugar than found in jams, jellies or preserves and put in more delicious STRAWBERRIES.

Don’t forget to try our Strawberry Hot Sauce, Ruby Red Strawberry Bar-B-Que Sauce, Strawberry Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or our incredibly tasting Strawberry Ginger Mustard. Over 25% of the ingredients in our Strawberry Hot Sauce are Fresh California Strawberries. First, you’ll taste the “Sweet” from the fresh strawberries, and then the “Heat” from the fresh Habañeros. We use a Local Brewed Beer, “Hop Head Red Ale,” from Green Flash Brewery in our Ruby Red Strawberry Bar-B-Que Sauce. After we bake out the alcohol, we add the "Sugar from Strawberries" to sweeten our Bar-B-Que sauce. The combination of these Two Local San Diego flavors creates a “Taste Like No Other!”
